These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and online store operated by Green Bay physiotherapy Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

2.1 You may purchase products or services through our online store. By placing an order, you are making an offer to buy the products or services you have selected, subject to these Terms.

2.2 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order or limit the quantity of products purchased per person, per household or per order.

2.3 Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. While we aim to ensure information on our website is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected details or cancel your order.

2.4 Payment must be made at the time of placing your order, using one of the payment methods we accept on our website. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

2.5 Ownership of products passes to you once we have received full payment. Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provide.

3.1 Our products (including Formthotics, braces, supports and supplements) and any information on our website are provided for general information purposes only and are not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3.2 You should always follow the instructions for use provided with any product and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified health professional (such as a doctor or physiotherapist) before using our products, especially if you have an existing medical condition, injury or other health concern.

3.3 If you experience pain, discomfort, adverse reactions or worsening symptoms while using any product purchased from us, stop using the product and seek medical advice.

3.4 We do not guarantee that any particular product is suitable for your individual needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on our website or improper use of our products.

4.1 Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are managed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

4.2 Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer laws, except to the extent permitted by law (for example, for business customers).
