Sports Physiotherapy
We thrive off working with all ages and levels of competition and participation and seeing you return to the field or exercise as quickly and safely as possible.
Pre & Post Op Rehabilitation
At GB Physio our physios are highly experienced in dealing with pre-surgical preparation and post-surgical rehabilitation related to the majority of orthopaedic surgeries to help you achieve your best outcomes.
Workplace injuries
Our expert physios will provide you with the right tools and treatment to help alleviate your acute pain whether this is a chronic overuse injury such as those seen in the trades, or postural related problems relating to office work.
Chronic injuries & joint pain
Chronic injuries generally take longer to resolve than recent injuries. Time heals many things, but if time has not healed your injury, it may need some extra help.
Accident related injuries
GPB treats both ACC claims and private clients, you can come directly to the clinic without a referral from your GP. Our team will fill out ACC forms when you come in for your first visit. We can also refer you for imaging if necessary.
Headaches
Headaches or Migraines are a common symptom commonly arising from the upper cervical spine and surrounding muscles. Our physio’s will identify what structures are causing your headaches and apply manual therapy techniques to correct these issues and to help de-sensitize the brain stem, causing a reduction in your headache/migraine symptoms.
On-site rehabilitation gym
Having an on-site rehab gym is crucial for progressing throughout your rehabilitation. Our physiotherapists will be able to have a good look at your technique, and make necessary adjustments to help prevent injury and to safely progress you along your rehabilitation journey.
