As part of our three main principles of Physio Rehab we have an Onsite gym with adequate equipment to ENHANCE your function and strength. The gym has become an integral part of our physio principles and is great in MAINTAINING/PROGRESSING your gains.
As many of our clients are already keen gym goers, we can also demonstrate some gym exercises correctly and set you up with a program you can continue independently to PROGRESS through your rehab process and to reach your goals.
